ՀՀԱԱ-ն ապահովում է վեճերի արբիտրաժում ազնվության և իրավասության ամենաբարձր չափանիշները: ՀՀԱԱ-ի նպատակն է բարձրացնել արբիտրաժի դերը Հայաստանում և խրախուսել վեճերի լուծումը Արբիտրաժի միջոցով:
Իր նպատակներին հասնելու համար ՀՀԱԱ-ն կազմակերպում է մասնագիտական կամավոր ուսուցում արբիտրների համար, նախագծում է միջոցառումներ, ստեղծում կանոններ և իրականացնում այլ տեսակի գործողություններ՝ ուղղված Հայաստանում Արբիտրաժի կիրառման զարգացմանը:
